Maintenance Service RequestsTenant requests for any services involving temperature control, lights out, plumbing, electrical, etc. problems and/or requests should be directed to the Management Office by filling out a work order request form. Your request will be automatically dispatched to the appropriate party for repair and resolution. You will be updated by e-mail and our staff when the issue is resolved. You may also report issues personally by contacting the Management Office at 952-883-3100.
Janitorial ServicesJanitorial services for the building are provided Monday through Friday after building operating hours. Tenants should notify the Management Office if any additional janitorial services are needed during the day by using the Maintenance Service Request Form above or calling the office directly. Tenants should also notify the Management Office of any after-hours functions that will require cleaning beyond the normal cleaning hours. Any items to be disposed of that do not fit within a receptacle should be labeled with a 'trash sticker'. Trash stickers can be obtained by contacting the Management Office.
RecyclingInternational Plaza utilizes a mixed product recycling program. To participate in the recycling program, each employee will be given a desk side recycling box in which to dispose of paper and recyclable products. It is the employee's responsibility to empty the receptacle into larger bins provided upon move-in by building management. The janitorial staff will then empty those bins during nightly cleaning. DeliveriesThe use of the loading dock for large or after hours deliveries should be arranged by calling the Management Office to ensure access into the building. No deliveries will be allowed after-hours without prior approval. Any large moves or heavy items are required to be completed after-hours.
Mail ServiceA U.S. Post Office mail drop-off is located in the Loading Dock. Postage stamps can be purchased from EZ Call Stationers on the Lower Level. Mail is picked up Monday - Friday at 4:00 pm.
Overnight Mail ServicesOvernight drop boxes and mailing supplies are located in the mailroom next to the passenger elevator lobby on the 1st Floor.
UPS Next Day Air - Last pickup is 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Federal Express - Last Pickup is 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Airport Shuttle ServiceComplimentary airport shuttle service is available for all tenants of the building. The shuttle is courtesy of Park N' Go and offers free service to both the HHH and Lindberg Terminals; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shuttle service to and from the airport runs approximately every five to ten minutes and no reservation is necessary. Shuttle passes can be obtained from the Management Office.
ParkingVisitor parking is located on the surface lot surrounding the South and East side of International Plaza. A six-story covered parking ramp is also available for tenants and guests of the building. Enclosed executive parking is also available for a fee. Please contact the Management Office for details on executive parking.
